Party Hats Swap

Zuzu's forum is a hive of activity and a fellow crafter and friend Mandy organised a party hats swap I think I only took part in the same swap that Mandy had organised on http://www.atcards.com/ . Anyway these will give thegist of what I produced for the swap.

My first Altered Domino

It's actually two mini dominos made into a book.

On Zuzu's forum there's an altered domino swap. I hadn't ever tried but enjoyed watching the master at work when she was altering similar such items.....

I wasn't too happy with the finished article but my mentor and inspiration guru has convinced me that the finished article is OK ....

I'll let you be the judge of that ;-)

Let's hope the recipient BB a fellow crafter and forum member will like it even though she's not too keen on oriental.

Nostalgic Couples

I have taken part in a swap on zuzu's forum it was to depict nostalgic couples. I used Chalk inks for the background and stamped one of my favourite stamps then I layered cut out paisley pattern swirls strategically placed over the top

Rocking Blogs
